ATB starts in The Netherlands under the name of Bauknecht Nederland B.V. - A sales office for Electro Motors and White Goods.

1982: Taking over Bauknecht Nederland B.V. by N.V. Nederlandse Phillips Bedrijven. Electro Motors and White Goods become separated.

Establishing new company: Aandrijftechniek G. Bauknecht B.V., located in Oosterhout.

1987: Aandrijftechniek G. Bauknecht B.V. moves from Oosterhout to Apeldoorn. The new address is Lage Brink 5-7.

1989: Integration of Flender Himmel Holland, as subsidiary of the German Flender Himmel Group, in Aandrijftechniek G. Bauknecht B.V.

1990: Starting partnership with Fuji Electric FA Europe GmbH. ATB (The Netherlands) becomes dealer of Fuji Electric frequency inverters

1994: Integration of Loher Benelux B.V., as part of the Flender Himmel Group. The company name is changed from Aandrijftechniek G. Bauknecht B.V. to Flender ATB Loher B.V.

1998: Separation of ATB and the Flender Group. A new company named ATB Aandrijftechniek B.V. is established in Apeldoorn - The Netherlands, Wilmersdorf 4-6.

1999: Starting partnership with OMS Antriebstechnik AG (Elevator drives).

2000: Starting partnership with Langer & Laumann Ing. Büro GmbH (Lift controllers and door drives)

2000: Integration of sales regions Belgium and Luxembourg. ATB Antriebstechnik N.V., located in Malle - Belgium, and ATB Aandrijftechniek B.V. are merged. The company is renamed to ATB Benelux B.V.

2005: Moved from Apeldoorn to IJsselmuiden. The new address is Tasveld 14.

2007: ATB Benelux B.V. celebrates its 25th Anniversary.

2007: Expansion of the sales region with Scandinavia.

2009: Expansion of the sales region with France, Spain and Portugal.

2011: Integration of ATB Schweiz AG, located in Lenzburg - Switzerland, and ATB Benelux B.V. The new company name is ATB Motors B.V., with main office in IJsselmuiden - The Netherlands and a local sales office in Gretzenbach - Switzerland.
